This agreement will not apply to your 7.62mm Firearms receiver/firearm when it is altered, abused, willfully damaged or damaged by overpressure ammunition. Moreover, this agreement will not apply to those parts from 7.62mm Firearms which have been “tuned” or “gunsmithed” for performance other than services provided by 7.62mm Firearms. This agreement is not transferable; its benefits apply only to the original retail purchaser.
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item, within sixty (30) days for replacement or refund.  Shipping charges not refundable. 7.62mm Firearms reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any merchandise returned that is not defective.  Machining marks on a receiver is not considered a defect. 7.62mm Firearms retains full discretion on issuing refunds, exchanges or credit.
 
7.62mm Firearms stripped receivers, barreled actions, and complete rifles are covered against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship with a limited lifetime warranty. 7.62mm Firearms will perform all warranty repairs at no charge to the customer.  Shipping charges are not covered by warranty.
 
Complete rifles assembled or built from 7.62mm Firearms stripped receivers or barreled actions which have NOT been assembled or built by 7.62mm Firearms are not covered by warranty.  However...the stripped receiver or barreled action portion of the completed rifle will remain covered under their existing warranty.  

Repairs or modifications to 7.62mm Firearms stripped receivers or barreled actions NOT done by 7.62mm Firearms voids warranty. 

The use of reloaded ammunition, proof rounds or factory ammunition that exceeds SAAMI specifications also voids warranty.

This Limited Warranty is issued by 7.62MM FIREARMS LLC("7.62 MM LLC" or "we"
or "us" or "our") to "You" the original retail purchaser (also "YOUR") of a 7.62 MM FIRARMS PRODUCT.  This
Limited Warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

WHO AND WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
7.62 MM FIRAMRS LLC. warrants to You, the original retail purchaser of the Product, that the Product
You purchased will be free of defects in workmanship or material, subject to the terms of this
document.

HOW LONG WILL THIS WARRANTY LAST?
This Limited Warranty will last and be in effect during in which YOU, the original retail
purchaser, owns the Product. M14 RECEIVERS HAVE A LIFETIME WARRENTY.

Follow the return instructions you receive from us.
Ship the item back and It will be inspected for the concerns by our staff.

WHAT WILL 7.62 LLC MM DO IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT?
If, during YOUR ownership of the Product, one or more parts of the Product fail due to defects in
materials or workmanship, 7.62 MM will provide, free of charge, a new, repaired or
reconditioned (decided at our discretion) Product.  That new, repaired or reconditioned Product
will be warranted for the remainder of YOUR ownership of the Product under these terms
and conditions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?
This limited Warranty does not cover any damage or condition determined by 7.62MM to be
caused by:
unauthorized repairs, disassembly, adjustments or modifications
carelessness, negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling
normal wear and tear
failure to properly or reasonably store, use, or maintain the product
hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or defective ammunition


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-
INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD (THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S (YOUR) OWNERSHIP OF
THE PRODUCT) AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH
PERIOD.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7.62MM LLC RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED
TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  THE PRECEDING LIMITED WARRANTY
CONSTITUTES 7.62 MM FIREARMS LLC ONLY OBLIGATION TO YOU AND REPRESENTS YOUR EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY AGAINST 7.62 MM LLC.  IN NO EVENT WILL 7.62MM FIREARMS LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTAIL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CLAIMS ARE BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHER
THEORIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR ECONOMIC LOSS, BODILY
INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OR
OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CERTAIN
OTHER EXCLUSIONS CONTAINED IN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT
APPLY TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

No person or entity is authorized to give any other warranty or to assume any other obligation
on behalf of 7.62 MM FIRARMS LLC.  Any provision of this Limited Warranty prohibited or unenforceable in
any jurisdiction shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition and shall not invalidate
any of the remaining provisions of this Limited Warranty.

GOVERNING LAW/VENUE/CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
This Limited Warranty will be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the State of
OHIO, without regard to OHIO' conflict of law rules.  Any litigation between7.62MM FIREARMS LLC and
YOU or YOUR heirs, representatives or assigns shall be filed before a court of competent
jurisdiction and venue in the Northern District court of Ohio.  YOU HEREBY CONSENT
TO THE IN PERSON AM JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE OHIO COURTS, AND THAT SERVICE
OF THE PROCESS MAY BE MADE UPON YOU AS PROVIDED BY OHIO LAW.
