M14-06 Rifle

The M14-06 is a new breed of precision sniper and battle rifle combined.
The heart of the rifle is the new milled from solid billet 8620
receiver. The receiver is revolutionary new design with an ancestral
heritage dating back to the M1 Garand and the M14, and taking the best
of both designs, and updating them to the demands of the 21st century
marksman.The M14-06 utilizes an M14 bolt stop, and gas system, combined
with the bolt of an M1 Garand(modified with a roller to work with the
M14 op-rod). The rifle is the answer to the need for an extreme range
precision rifle with the firepower to engage multiple targets with
precision semi-auto fire, or fight your way out of a tight situation
without the need to carry a separate carbine. The receiver features the
long action of the M1 Garand, the magazine feeding style of the M14 and
marries them to the key to modern scoped rifle accuracy, a solid
integrally machined rail.

The receiver of the M14-06 was designed with long range accuracy and
maximum durability as equal driving forces.The receiver design takes the
accuracy concept to a new level for this type of platform, with a fully
boxed magazine well, functioning as a massive front bedding lug, while
allowing for drop free magazine operation.  The receiver ring is
thicker, the backing area of the left receiver bolt recoil lug is
greatly increased, both of these with intention of increasing the rifles
ability to handle heavy bullet loads which make the 30-06 shine at
distances over 1000 yards. The receiver is much much stiffer with the
enclosed top rail and boxed magazine well resulting in the ability to
fully float the barrel and gas system as a unit, something no other
variant of the  M1/M14 platform has ever done successfully.With the 20
MOA rail now part of the receiver, the issue of moving scope mounts and
loosening screws is a thing of the past.  The rifle feels like an M14
but handles long ranges like no other M14, with proper powder selection,
the standard adjustable gas plug, and high BC bullets, supersonic ranges
of 1500 meters are easy to achieve. The rifle comes standard in the
ProMag Archangel stock with fully adjustable length of pull and comb
height to fit almost any shooter and equipment configuration. Best of
all the M14-06 is guaranteed to be Sub MOA on factory match ammo at 100
yards out of the box.

The rifle is finished in the state of the art Black Nitride finish, this
FNC finish greatly reduces the need for lubrication, makes corrosion a
thing of the past, and gives barrel life longer than a chrome lined
bore, while maintaining the accuracy potential of an unlined bore. The
finish is on the inside and outside of all the rifle parts and is
actually in the metal not on it, so it does not wear off, and is nearly
impossible to scratch, while reducing fouling of the gas system and
making barrel cleaning a breeze.

All in all the M14-06 is the M14 with all the range it has never had,
the M1 Garand with firepower it lacked, it combines the best features of
both of Americas great self loading 30 caliber battle rifles and attains
an accuracy level both have always been looking for.
